The Rector's Office building was designed as the district governor's office and built in 1914 by Architect Y. Terziyan in neoclassical style.
The building has served as a public administration building since it was constructed. After restoration, it was allocated to Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University in 2010.
Today, this historic building serves as the Rector's Office of Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University.
